Why did you join Iron Alliance? My husband stumbled on Liv setting up the gym before it was even open. After a quick conversation, he decided he was going to give it a try. As soon as he told me about it, I was like "I want to do that too. Lifting weights is the one thing I like about working out." And going with my husband both kept me accountable and made it more fun.

What has been the biggest change for you thus far? Powerlifting has completely changed my relationship with food and my body. There used to be this obsessive feeling to it Constantly trying to find the "right food" or "right exercise" that would help me lose weight. For the last 10 years, I have been constantly trying new things - bootcamp, spinning, jogging, cutting carbs, adding vegetables, giving up and so on. When I started powerlifting that mindset slowly started to shift. I don't remember the last time I was consistent, and now I'm in the gym 4x a week, every week. I have such an appreciation for my body and when I look in the mirror, instead of feeling disappointed, I flex. When I think of food, it is a thoughtful consideration of how to best fuel my body so I can keep moving hundreds of pounds each week and recover well. I never thought I could do this but in just over 7 months I have more than doubled the weight that I started with. The programming works!

What do you like the most about IAAC? I love seeing the improvements week by week. I'm always working towards something tangible - the next PR. I really just love that I am strong AF. My favourite days are coming in, lift the heaviest I can, and walk out proud.

Would you recommend it to others? Hell yes, no question. Coach Liv and Coach Lanre not only bring skill and support but also have created an environment that is welcoming and not in the least intimidating. 10/10!

Why did you join Iron Alliance? I was out of shape and in a dark hole with multiple areas of my life and I knew that the easiest area for me to change would be my health and fitness. i wanted to get back into a gym routine and get my health & lifestyle habits back on track. I knew I needed support on this journey in the form of expert coaching to get to my goals as fast as possible and the acountability so I can stick to them for the long run

What has been the biggest change for you thus far? My body has changed so much and it's just the beginning. I can start to see my abs again, my energy has increased, and my strength and muscle mass is improving. I'm getting everything I asked for and my mindset is slowly adapting to being more optimisitic and hopeful of the future. I'm really proud of my new range of motion and flexibility that i have developed working with Iron Alliance. Also my deadlift is in the 300s again, without any back pain!

What do you like the most about IAAC? When working with Iron Alliance they really give you realistic plans to fit your lifestyle which I really appreciate. Nothing is overly complicated or overwhelming., and every question youhave they answer in full detail.  They have a very balanced and holistic approach which is really important when it comes to true long term change

Would you recommend it to others? 100%. The methods are simple to understand but not easy to implement especially beucase you are coming in with your own bad habits and routines. However, the coaches support you through the transition vwhich makes reaching your goals that much more doable.

Why did you join Iron Alliance? I wanted to get into powerlifting and accidentally fell into weightlifting and fell in love. IA gave me everything I needed: consistent training with a steady, supportive coach.

What has been the biggest change for you thus far? My life's been a rollercoaster but weightlifting has been my rock. I've had body image issues and depression since I was 14. Weightlifting has been the only thing that fixed my issues with eating, focused the attention away from what I look like to what I feel, and keeps my mental health afloat. I love to eat now and I finally see improvement in my self image.

What do you like the most about IAAC? I've been training with Liv since before Iron Alliance and the tight knit community atmosphere never changed. AND the program works! I complain about it but love everything about it.

Would you recommend it to others? Yes, absolutely.

Why did you join Iron Alliance? I was refered to them by my previous trainer, which assured me that they would be the right fit because of their experience training older people.. T  try to be as healthy as possible but I knewthat I needed accountability with working out and doing resistaqnce training, as well as expert help with my mobility limitations. Increasing energy, mobility, and strength are my majors areas of focus as well as having accountabitliy and expert coaching to suit my needs.

What has been the biggest change for you thus far? The biggest change has been in my range of motion and mobility. I have never been able to do an ass-to-grass back squat and now I am confidently getting down there for multiple reps WITH weight. At my age it is common that things just hurt and since training at Iron Alliance, I have been able to reducegeneral aches and pain, increase mobility and strength,  and work on my endurancewhich gives me a new level of energy for work in and out of the gym.

What do you like the most about IAAC? I've loved the constant check ins and accountability to helpme stay on track. The expert coaching and modifications for my body type are invaluable. Through strength training, i feel younger. Isn't that what everyone my age wants?

Would you recommend it to others? Yes. I would absolutely recommend it to my friends and anyone looking to change their health, particularly at an older age. If there's anything I've learned, it is never too late!

Why did you join Iron Alliance? Yes, I wanted to lose weight and tone up, but my primary concern was to resolve my back pain. I got into a car accident a few years before and I was left with chronic back pain. I lived a sedentary lifestyle as well so that did not help.

What has been the biggest change for you thus far?

I was able to make a true lifestyle change using their methods.  I am in the kitchen prepping meals every Sunday. I make time for my workouts and made sure my husband was totally on board.

I have lost several inches in my waist and chest. The muscle mass is starting to show.  My back  pain dramatically declined to a point where i don't feel it anymore unless I don't stretch for a few days,. I'm so happy with the results. I had been spinning my wheels for far too long and I knew something needed to change so I reached out for help. Lanre was able to spell out what we needed to do to get where I wanted to be.  The team was there for me every step of the way.

What do you like the most about IAAC? Their genuine personalities are the best part. They  truly care about you as a person, not just as a client. When I have a hiccup, he acknowledges it, holds me accountable, and gives me strategies on how to be proactive when the situation arises again!

Would you recommend it to others? 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to fix chronic issues, increase their energy, and transform their body!.

Why did you join Iron Alliance?  The main jist was that i wanted to get in shape.  I made my mind up that I wanted to lose my belly fat, get stronger, and increase my range of motion. Because of my job I didn't have the best habits and it made quitting and falling into predicable routines very easy. I finally gave in and decided i  needed help with accountability and direction.

What has been the biggest change for you thus far?   The journey hasn't been easy but it has been life transforming for me. Not only was I able to lose a lot of the belly fat (which alone would be worth the price of admsision) but my strength increased (I can deadlift and squat my body weight) and my stiffness has dramatically reduced,  On top of that my nutritional habits have changed as well, and my energy and mindset is in a better place.

What do you like the most about IAAC?  The support that was given to me and the care that Lanre had was above and beyond, I was not the best student especially in the beginning but he was patient and held my hand through the process.  Simple diet plans also helped with sticking to the plan as well.

Would you recommend it to others? I would definitely recommend it to others who are seriously making a change in their life. It is worth the investment.
