AT IRON ALLIANCE, WE HAVE CREATED AN INCLUSIVE AND SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY OF MEMBERS AND COACHES THAT WILL MAKE YOUR TRAINING EXPERIENCE ENJOYABLE AND WILL SUPPORT YOU IN ACHIEVING LONG LASTING HEALTH AND FITNESS RESULTS!
WHO ARE WE
We are a training studio in the Stockyards & Junction area with a passion for helping & supporting clients to achieve their goals, learn to love exercise, and make leading a healthy lifestyle attainable. We offer 4 types of services:
Private Training - 1 -1 up to 4-1 training, Youth training
Group training- variety of classes
Health coaching – Nutrition & lifestyle coaching
Open gym- gym access with programming
All services at Iron Alliance are led by one of our coaches to ensure you are getting the most out of your training, your technique and form are safe, you're getting the most out of your body, and you're training consistently every week.
WHO WE HELP
Our clients are all ages, fitness abilities, shapes and sizes but they all support each other with the same commitment of making progress towards achieving their goals while providing additional accountability and enjoyment to their experience at Iron Alliance Athletic Centre (IAAC).
There is no pre-requisite fitness experience needed to start your journey with IAAC, (just about to hit you with a big cheesy cliché) it doesn’t matter where you start, all that matters is that you start.

Our team of coaches marry the science of training with the art of coaching to enable you to get the most of each and every session and enjoy your time at Iron Alliance, so you look forward to coming to the gym and maintain your awesome results.
It doesn’t matter If you have tried gyms before and they’re not for you, we pride ourselves on being able to provide our clients with a program that is flexible enough to fit your busy lifestyle all while getting you the results and lifestyle you deserve!
WE'LL PROVIDE YOU A PROGRAM FOR YOU TO GET RESULTS
Our coaches have over 30 years of experience between them, and this gives us an advantage over many other fitness trainers and gyms. Our sessions are based on scientific principles, and are designed to help you burn fat, build muscle, and improve your overall fitness.
But that's not all, thanks to our nutritional guidance, our members take control of their diet and make simple changes that lead to amazing results. All we ask for is 90 days of your time to prove it all to you.
