I found IAAC already wanting to weightlift, but in 6 short months Liv was able to perfect my technique, increase my numbers by over 30kg, and coach me through competitions! My Snatch went from 30kg to 70kg, my CJ went from 50kg to 92kg (although I cleaned 95kg!!) I never thought I would be here in just 8 short months!

After graduating university, I missed feeling like an athlete. The gym was cool, working out was okay but it didn't make me feel athletic. After being introduced to Olympic Lifting, Liv helped me feel like an athlete again for the first time in years!

Powerlifting was cool for a couple of years. But got boring pretty quick. After watching the CrossFit Games, I found Coach Liv who introduced me to weightlifting and has coached me for over 3 years. The technical demand and mobility need keeps you interested and engaged!
